service_cut-offs

Service cut-offs Users must ensure that the data is submitted to Direct Debit within the cut-off times and dates agreed upon for submission. This is to allow Direct Debit sufficient time to ensure that the data is processed and submitted in the case of major Disaster Recovery event occurring. Any submitted data after the cut-off times indicated will only be processed on a best efforts basis and onward delivery of the data cannot be guaranteed.

The NAEDO service requires data to reach Direct Debit by 12:00 on action date.
