Service cut-offs

Users must ensure that the data is submitted to Direct Debit within the cut-off times and dates agreed upon for submission. This is to allow Direct Debit sufficient time to ensure that the data is processed and submitted in the case of major Disaster Recovery event occurring. Any submitted data after the cut-off times indicated will only be processed on a best efforts basis and onward delivery of the data cannot be guaranteed.

File Upload System

1. Two day service debits

The two-day service requires the data to reach Direct Debit at least two (2) business days before action date before 12:00.

2. Same day service debits

The same day value (SDV) service requires the data to reach Direct Debit on action date before 12:00.

3. Credit cards

The credit card service requires the data to reach Direct Debit on action date before 12:00.

Automated System

1. Two day service debits

The two-day service requires the data to reach Direct Debit at least three (3) business days before action date before 12:00.

2. Same day service debits

The same day value (SDV) service requires the data to reach Direct Debit at least one (1) business day before action date before 12:00.

API Integrated System

1. Two day service debits

The two-day service requires the data to reach Direct Debit at least two (2) business days before action date before 15:00.

2. Same day service debits

The same day value (SDV) service requires the data to reach Direct Debit on action date before 15:00.

3. Credit cards

The credit card service requires the data to reach Direct Debit on action date before 15:00.

NAEDO Debits

The NAEDO service requires data to reach Direct Debit by 12:00 on action date.

Automated System

The NAEDO service requires data to reach Direct Debit at least two (2) working day before action date before 12:00.

API Integrated System

The NAEDO service requires data to reach Direct Debit by 12:00 on action date.
