Users must ensure that the data is submitted to Direct Debit within the cut-off times and dates agreed upon for submission. This is to allow Direct Debit sufficient time to ensure that the data is processed and submitted in the case of major Disaster Recovery event occurring. Any submitted data after the cut-off times indicated will only be processed on a best efforts basis and onward delivery of the data cannot be guaranteed. Please note that files will not be processed on public holidays or Sundays. Files on a Saturday will only be accepted until 6am for processing (EFT,NAEDO).
