Where an account is transferred to another branch of the same participating Bank, the Bank will redirect the transactions to the customer’s new branch/account number.

Advice of the re-directed items will be sent to the Users on the unpaids file.

Users must ensure that their Customer records are updated with the redirected account information and that a new mandate is obtained.
